Making the Change Makers
The University Department of Gandhian Studies has been established with an aim to equip the young generation with perspectives of collective welfare, enabling them as change-makers for a just, equitable and prosperous co-existence. It has initiated a range of academic studies, research, training and actions to propagate the comprehensive idea of a Nonviolence, Peaceful Social Order and Conflict Resolution in the light of Mahatma Gandhi's life and work.
The students will have a rare privilege to study under the guidance of renowned Gandhian Scholars such as Prof. Mark Lindley, an ecological economist, Kumarappa scholar, Dr. John Chelladurai, Author, Researcher and Specialist in Peace Studies, Confliction and dialogue, Nonviolence system analysis.
