Dear Students,
Dr. C.M. Rao (Naga Venkata Manikyala Rao) currently serving as Director of ‘School of Legal Studies and Research’ of MGM University, Chatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. With over 37 years of experience in legal academia, I have dedicated my career in teaching subjects such as Business Laws, Contract Law, and the Law of Evidence. I earned my Ph.D. from Andhra University, specializing in the doctrine of Promissory Estoppel in Public domain. My professional journey includes serving as the Registrar of DSNLU, Visakhapatnam, and holding faculty positions at the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai. I remain deeply committed to legal education, academic administration, and student holistic development beyond books and classrooms.
