College of Communication, Culture and Media
Established in 1993, the College of Communication, Culture and Media (CCCM) is one of the first institutions in the region to offer formal education in journalism. The college shares a remarkable track record of producing media professionals, anchored in ethical beliefs and practices. Keeping in pace with the contemporary media industry needs, the college has developed a variety of UG, PG, Diploma and Short-term programs in Journalism and Mass Communication.
An extremely well-designed course structure, both in print and electronic media enables students to get introduced to all the key theoretical concepts and practical experiences to further their journey in the industry as professionals. Well-equipped computer laboratory and library allow them explore a treasure of knowledge and experiences during their campus life. The college makes sure that classroom learning is supported by various workshops with media experts, field visits for hands-on experience. The expertise that the students develop at the end of the course enable them to make their mark in the challenging and ever demanding media industry where the success stories and achievements of so many alumni prove it beyond doubt.
